Our team has advised on a variety of coverage disputes for both primary and excess layer insurers, as well as policyholders since the firm's inception. As insurance lawyers, this is intrinsic to our advisory role.
In addition to insurers, we advise insurance brokers and insured professionals in the event that there is a disagreement over the meaning of a policy wording as our depth of experience gives us a unique insight into the construction of policy language and the remedies available to include the drafting of bespoke reservations of rights letters at the start of a complex claim to allow us to continue to act by way of a joint retainer for both Insurers and the Insured.
